Question to php.exe

hi
i use createProcess to create a php-process. So i let interprete php
files...

Now i do not now, how I can forward the get variables.
How does PHP handle get and post variables.

Following I can do with php.exe

c:\php\php.exe testfile.php

<HTML>...
Is there a possibility to do something like that:

c:\php\php.exe testfile.php?variable=1

?

It is written clearly in the manual at http://www.php.net/manual.
Using php form the command line.
