store session variable data

P: 34
I have a problem. When The page refresh, I don't store variable value. I'm using SESSION variables but a lot of transition then I don't control SESSION variable. I may use Temprorary Table but I don't know How to use it.

My english isn't good but I'll try to explain the problem.
You think that I have two pages and I'm passing three times or four times from page1 to page2 (from page2 to page1). We assume that Page2 have a lot of variables and I'm using them in page1. When transition generates then I don't store variables. That variables store in SESSION variables I have to a lot of control. I think They may store in temprorary table.Which one you prefer?

I typically use $_SESSION to store all of my data between pages.
