phpimage gallery (basic) required

hi all,
can you recommend a straightforward image gallery php script?
coppermine is overkill for my needs....
i basically need something that i can point at a directory of images and
it recreates the structure and creates thumbnails on the fly (when they
are clicked it shows them full size) and thats it.

a desirable feature would be if it could generate a watermark on the fly
(e.g. i give it the text such as 'copyright mydomain.com' and when the
images are shown full size this is shown big diagonally across the image
but not on the thumbnails).

thanks for your help
