The apostrophe in "l'ordine". Try this:

define('JS_ERROR_NO_CHECK_CONDITION',
'* Per continuare l\'ordine, le condizioni generali devono essere
accetate!');

or this:

define('JS_ERROR_NO_CHECK_CONDITION',
"* Per continuare l'ordine, le condizioni generali devono essere
accetate!");
