unicode help

Hi,

Right now my application supports 'English' Language version,i like to integrate 'chinnese' language in my application.My Application is running from PHP and mysql.I don't have any idea regarding this unicode implementation.whether we can implement using javascript or PHP.I am looking forward some help from you
