codepage iso-8859-2 via ODBC

Hello all,
I was searching the group against this problem but I didn't find out...
I have form-loading data to MySql table.
I have this table linked to MsAccess97 via ODBC
All "strange" characters previously filled in on form appears fine on the
page browsing this table while most of them are missed when I look into
linked table.
The opposite behaviour is when I fill the table in Access97.
I tried to set the same code page on Apache but it is not solving problem
also MySql data base is created with this rule.

What to do?
Any suggestions are more than welcome.

Grzegorz
