Passing Value Via Header

This script is function like this, if have child is correct,header carry all value to next page. i donno how to passing the value to next page...
How i need to passing all value in $worked to next page via header... or have alternative way to carry that value? plzz helpme...

I think what you need is the urlencode function.. heres the link: http://ca3.php.net/urlencode
