php and mysql setup on a windows 2000 server

hi all
i am so excited i just got admin privlidges on a webserver and then i realized that i realy don't know how to do anything. what i need to do to this srvr is setup php v5 and mysql there is already a live website running off of the server and it is all setup to use microsloth's IIS server, so basicaly my question is what do i do. i have the install.exe files for both but is there some directory they need to go into or some settings in php.ini or my.ini.
