Mam nietypowe, a moze i typowe pytanie....
Napisalem od poczatku do konca strone internetowa w darmowym jezyku PHP nt.
muzycznych List Przebojow. Program najbardziej bylby przydatny dla rozglosni
radiowych jak i fanow muzyki, ktorzy prowadzą prywatne listy przebojow....
Nasunelo mi sie wiec pytanie...
Czy osoba, ktora nie ma wlasnej dzialanosci gospodarczej moze wrzucic na
allegro, ze sprzeda dostep do strony, w ktorej bedzie uzytkownik mial
mozliwosc korzystania, dodania, modyfikowania, prywatnych, radiowych List
Przebojow? Wazna rzecza jest to, ze ja nie chcialbym sprzedawac plikow
zrodlowych, tylko chcialbym sprzedaz jakby dostep do strony tak by mozna
bylo z niej korzystac. Jak bedzie wygladala sprawa licencji i sprawa praw
autorskich? Jak z placeniem podatku?
Przepraszam jesli ktos sie wzburzy, ale jestem laikiem w kwestiach
prawnych....
