Documentation: Extended CHM Format

I really love the extended CHM format documentation. However, it apparently
hasn't been updated since september 2003:

http://www.php.net/docs-echm.php

Does anyone know something about this? Has the project died?

Once I was using that extended chm format, it is really a good and
creative work. Nowadays, I use a simple favelets to access php.net
website 'coz I can get uptodate usernotes. Anyway, Google confirms
that the project is not alive.
