Automatic querying a website

Hi,
I want to know, how is automatic querying done. FOr example if I want to get information about flights from the website of an Airline, how can I do it automatically?
Instead of filling the form and submitting it, how can I do it automatically?
i.e. I have some inputs(for each field) of the form and I get information.
Please guide me, I got to know this urgently!
Thanks

When you say automatically, are you going to build the information as a RSS feed?

...Or do you want to be able to click on an encoded link and have it update?

...Or do you want to hard code all of the links and have it go out and update in a pre-set interval?

You may be looking at either a Javascript or AJAX solution.

It all depends on the availability of the information to your software. Do you mean that you want to build a form and submit it. Or do you intend to do some 'page scraping'? Another possibility is to have access to a feed, like an RSS feeed that you could tap.

What is it exactly you are looking for in this matter?
