sending xml data

P: 1
good day!..

i am developing a system in with a client, a server-router(as i call it) and the servers..the user chooses a request that will be sent to the server-router..the data to be sent (e.g. type of request, name of the one requesting, date requested, etc.) to the server-router should be in xml format or in anything that has a connection with xml..my server-router then verifies the type of request and sends the data to the server for approval of service requested..there are many servers since one service may need multiple offices to approve it (one server per office)..when the server approves/disapproves the service, they should put their judgment in the xml and forward it back to my server router..and so on and so forth..

so basically, that's how my system works..my problem is that how can i send the data from client to server-router then to the server using xml and the like..at the same time, how can i accept the data in xml to verify its contents..

pls someone help me..im dying to solve this problem..

thanx and God bless!
