looking for a great php programmer - immediate start

I'm trying to build a site like ifreelance.com ...just with a few
additions..mockups allcomplete and spec sheet for functionailty
available.. i have outsourced this on places like getacoder,
scriptlance etc...but to be honest the work has been shocking...would
love to hear from you if you have done something like this before and
if you could do it for between 2 and 3000 usd. scripting - php and db
- mysql, also time unfortunately is an issue as i have lost so much
with the other jokers i ahev been using ... not too keen on team
efforts as it seems the global view of the project gets lost...please
reply if you got the skills, desire and portfolio--also having being
burnt twice by Indian programmers I am wanting european or us based
programmers - sorry, i'm no biggot but its just experience talking
here...cheers

Good, quick, cheap. Pick any two.

I think it's just about do-able for the price providing you don't want
too many bells and whistles. Can't see me having the time for a month
or two though.
