SQLite admin tool?

C.
Hi all,

After a long and happy relationship with LAMP + PHPMySQLAdmin, I now
find myself trying to work with MS-Windows/Lighttpd/SQLite (and PHP of
course).

I have been trying to find a usable equivalent to MySQLAdmin, but not
had much success. I did find Richard Heyes phpSQLiteAdmin (0.1.0 is
the most recent at www.fosilis.com/index.php?page/phpsqliteadmin) but
it doesn't seem to like MS Windows and has no documentation. There's
also a phpsqliteadmin on sourceforge.net which seems to be a
completely different program - its a lot more usable but there doesn't
seem to be a row editor :( nor CSV import :((

Anybody got any other suggestions?

TIA
