How to get error info

P: n/a
Hi.
How do you get error messages if you have only ftp put/get (no shell access)
and display error is turned off?
Is there any clever way of getting them?

Uhm, try turning it on?

error_reporting(LEVEL);

Replace LEVEL above with the desired int, as defined here:

Let's not forget display_errors is off....

ini_set('display_errors',true);

Or alternatively, log to a file:

ini_set('log_errors',true);
ini_set('error_log','/path/to/my/error/file');
