I want to create DropDown menu.
When user hovers mouse over the text in menu, subcategory should be dropped down.
How to create such PHP page and javascript for this ?

Welcome to The Scripts, pawarsac.
The conceptual difference between PHP and Javascript is that PHP code is executed on the server, while Javascript is executed on the browser. Drop-downs and the like are browser side actions, and therefore must be down with Javascript and/or CSS.
