Your problem is not entirely clear.
When you want to change your domain name, you have to contact your provider.

When you want to remove a popup banner or 'powered by' from you free host provider, you also have to contact your provider. Never anything is really free, so if you use a free site, the provider still wants to leave his mark.

If you want to change your page title, you can change the <title>...text....</title> in your web page. But I bet you your provider has found a way to still append his 'powered by' ad in the title dynamically, whatever you change it to. But that is the price you pay for a free service.
And under the agreement you are most probably not even allowed to remove that provider's text.

Or is there something I have missed?
