PHP: Ready to manage email ?

P: 9
How complex and workable do you think it would be to build a PHP application that could pull email from a server, isolate into an array (or mysql database) the sender's email, isolate the body/text, isolate the subject line, and handle and watermark photo attachments?

Or I'm I just headed off to a bad place?

This class can be used to retrieve and parse e-mail messages from a POP3 or IMAP using the PHP IMAP extension.

It can connect to a mail server, retrieve the total number of messages in a mailbox, retrieve the headers, body and attachment files of a given message, and delete a message.

Thanks,
