Receiving data via email and posting to a website

I would like to send a KML file (Google Earth Track) and have it appear on a website. The concept is to post the track of a moving object on the web. The file must be sent by email. I would like help in finding out how to do this. The KML file would be sent as a mail attachment or in the body of the mail. The server would strip out the KML file, save it, and create a link to it on a web pge. How can this be done?

Using email isn't a very good way to do this. You should consider submitting it from a web page.
