Inhouse repository for PEAR sources.

Hello,

Does anyone know of how I can have an inhouse repository for PEAR
sources, I would like to use PEAR internally for configuration
management of our own servers; make components of our own website into
PEAR packages and use PEAR to install/upgrade them on our various
servers.

However, I can find no documentation of the pear.conf file anywhere,
it looks like a serialized array, any clue how to edit it?

Thanks,

Unserialise it, change the resulting array, serialize it again.

Ummm. yeah, I mean, what are the possible values that I can put into
it, most importantly can I have two concurrent repositories, like my
in house one and the canonical one. Is there any documentation
regarding this file?

Cheers.
