online word processors?

Hi,

Does anyone know of any PHP/MySQL based word processors whose code I
can download and install on my server? I have found a number of free
services through Google, but they are all hosted by third parties and I
would like a little more control over managing different user accounts.

Thanks, - Dave

No, because they are typically written in JavaScript and integrate
with whatever the server side runs on. Here are a few:

Thanks, but let me clarify. I'm looking for something that can
manipulate Microsoft Word documents and potentially store them. The
links you are listed are great WYSIWYG editors for building web pages,
but they do not appear to be able to manipulate word docs. - Dave
