reading requested pages from *.doc file

Hi
I wonder if there is a possibility to get number of pages of opened *.doc file, and if there is a possibility to read only requested page number (for example only page nr 3) or number of pages (for example from 1-10 page - assuming there are more pages).

take a look at some of the classes over at phplasses.org

I know that there are a couple of classes that can read *.doc files. I don't know if you can extract just a page number for that is really depending on the format of the text, images, etc...
