Slow PHP on IIS 6

Hi,

I have PHP 4.3.1 running under IIS 6, when i access my website PHP is
verly slow
but when i access my website on my server using
http://localhost/mysite/ php is very fast.

Any ideas what's wrong?

You mean from another computer, then? Over a network?
but when i access my website on my server using http://localhost/mysite/

What is your set-up with regards to "accessing" the website? Are you
"accessing" it from a dial-up in another country? Or a LAN in the same
building? How about the server: is it an old 486 with 16MB RAM or
something newer?

With the amount of info you have given, there are about a million things
that could be happening.
