What do you mean excactly?

Are you asking if anybody wrote an own searchengine?
Are you asking if anybody wrote some 'shell' to facilitate anything for
searchengines (like mod_rewrite)?
Are you asking if anybody wrote an interface to a searchengine to offer
searching for his/her own site?

Try to be more precise please.

Sorry.
Many sites use special of popular marks (Google, Yahoom,MSN ).
But it have ordinary designer for searchengine, because it using
special parcing for html from really searchengine.
And I asking if anybody wrote an interface to a searchengine.
