Hi,

Well, you cannot know beforehand what makes your email ending up as spam.
That is something decided by the implemented spamfilter on the users machine
(or at the ISP).

The best way to go is making sure your application sends a good formatted
mail that makes sense.
One thing that might help is looking at the 'from' field. Does it contain a
valid emailadres?
Some smtp-gateways refuse a mail if they can easily spot that the from-field
is not ok.

Another ting that can go wrong is the domain your are sending from is
blacklisted because somebody is sending spam from that (your) domain a lot.
Often these restriction are lifted if the spam stops for 24 hours (or
whatever interval is set).
