website (the like of youtube, yahoo, etc.) with Linux-Apache-MySQL-PHP?

there are probably complete scripts at hotscripts.com or similar to
emulate utube.. a complete script will probably set you back a few
hundred though.. otherwise go to rentacoder.com and get someone to make
exactly what you need.. we work on the cheap over there.
