Deleteing a product when taken from a table

Hi all I am stuck in a situation where I have products in a table where they are all listed as available and there is a form to where they are given to people. What I want to happen is when an item is given to a person it must be removed same time on the list table as it is no longer vailable to be give out. Not sure how to do that any idea how to.

I do not have any code so far I have been trying to figure out where to start as in the product table the is the description, dates of issue and of return. What I want is for when there date of issue is given the products automatically be removed from the available table and when returned must be auto filled to the availabe products again.

Just dont have the logic on how to do all that.
