I have no idea as to what your problem is. Please explain a bit more. From what you have now I guess that you want data selected from the database depending on the checkboix clicked(?).

Another problem is that you, after having 7 threads in this forum that were answered, never have acknowledged to our member-helpers that a reply by them ever worked for you or helped you with solving your problem.

hi

thanks for the reply and also thanks for reminding me of my fault. i never thought of giving a reply. sorry for not giving any reply before to anyone.

whenever i got the solution i immediately moved on making it work. again whenever i didn't get a solution i moved on searching for the solution in different way. i never thought of replying to give thanks when i got solution or to inform that the solution didn't work and explain what else i needed. sorry once again.

now let's get into the problem.

the accounts department needs to generate payslips for the permanent employees every month. this payslip is same for individual employee as long as his/her salary and other things depending on the salary or other does not get changed. this payslip includes employee name, designation, joining date, confirmation date, bank related information, salary, house rent, etc. all these informations are stored in different tables.

i want that there will be a form which will have a combobox and some textboxes. whenever the admin will select a client, the informations about the client related to payslip already stored in the database will be showed in the respective textboxes in the same form. the admin will make changes to the data if necessary and submit the form to generate payslip.

i hope the case is clear to you now.

please give a quick reply.

i will make sure that from today onward, i will give reply to all the mail.

thanks
