Word to XHTML

Hi all,

I'm looking for a module (COM object/library/anything callable from
PHP) to convert Word documents to valid XHTML. Does anyone know of
something that does this? It doesn't have to be free.
Thanks in advance.

Ruben,

You might have better luck on one of the MS newsgroups. They would know
better what COM objects are available for Word.

microsoft.public.word.conversions on news.microsoft.com comes to mind as
one possibility.

Also, did you search the Microsoft website? They do have a toolbox for
Word 2003 to help convert to XML, as well as several other articles on
Word and XML.

Okay thanks, I'll try.

This looks interesting, I'll take a closer look at that.

Thanks for the suggestion. I walked into wvware before, but the major
drawback is that it cannot handle Word 2003 format.

Ruben.
