Greek And Include File Problem

I need your help for something simple i think . . .?? ? ?

I like to inclide one file that execute only php code to my page.

That file that i'm including return some messages writen in greek.

So the problem is that i can't see that messages writen in greek.

How can i do that ? ? ?

Charset settings in your HTML? Language settings in your browser?

What's do you see when you view the page source?
