becaus of its accessing right? security is a must sometimes. so public
browsers can't access/write/read some files
connect with your ftp (I use cuteftp). then right click on the file/map en
on the bottom of the menu there should say chmod. click on it, and read a
manual on the internet of what you can & cannot doe.
f.e. : when u disable reading for a normal page for public no one can access
that file anymore. but disabling the public reading of your config settings
increases your security big time.
