SSL PHP "Do you want to see secure and non secure" ?

I try to upgrade site from non-ssl to ssl site, but there are too mcuh thing to do.
I decide to use url forwarding to https://www.domain.com for my whole site.

When i go to 1st page of site, It says " Do you want to see secure and non secure page ? "
If i say "yes", it does not show padlock(lock on bottom).

When i login as user or admin, i can go to first page(https://www.domain.com) wihtout problem.

Do i need make cookie ? or do i need change index files ?

This is my index file.
