RADICORE v1.17.0 released

This release includes the following:
- ability to create an application's directory structure containing default
files at the touch of a button.
- ability to generate transactions at the touch of a button by selecting
from the catalo of transaction patterns.

This means that starting with nothing more than a database schema it is
possible to import that schema into RADICORE's data dictionary then press
buttons to generate the components you will need to maintain those tables.
All this without writing a single line of code.

RADICORE is a Rapid Application Development Toolkit for building
Administrative Web Applications which are platform independent, browser
independent and database independent. It enables CRUD applications to be
built without having to write any HTML or SQL. It also comes with the
following pre-built modules which are ready to run out of the box:

- dynamic menu system
- role based access control system
- audit logging system (without database triggers)
- workflow system
- data dictionary
- internationalisation
