Xoops at a new website

1
I have just uploaded the files of the programme Xoops to a new site. The programme should be rather selfinstalling. However I'm met with:

Warning: Unknown(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/home/sv_gruesdk/index.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (/usr/local/apache/htdocs/:/sharedhosting/httpd:/tmp/phplog:/usr/local/phpbin/php) in Unknown on line 0

Warning: Unknown(/home/sv_gruesdk/index.php): failed to open stream: Operation not permitted in Unknown on line 0

Warning: (null)(): Failed opening '/home/sv_gruesdk/index.php' for inclusion (include_path='') in Unknown on line 0

Anyone who knows to solve this problem. I don't know anything about programming.

If it worked on your old server but not on the new one, start comparing the configuration files of all the involved parts like Apache and PHP mayby also MySQL. If both servers are the same in there configuration it should work.
Otherwise ask Xoops
