W32api DLL

Where do you get the W32api (php_w32api.dll) api from? I've checked 3
different versions of the Windows binary PHP5 installation on my hard
drive, but nothing's showing up. Am I missing a link, or is it only in
PHP4? Thanks!

This extension has been moved to the PECL repository and is no longer
bundled with PHP as of PHP 5.1.0.
