Problem in External Mailing Feature

16
Hi,

I instaled the external mailing feature called "Roundcube" within my application.
This is the open source product. Using this product we can send/receive the mails just like a hotmail etc.,

Using this, we can create an account, the system automatically create four folders such as inbox, sent, drafts and trash.

Now the problem is, for some accounts the system creates only the "inbox" folder only not for the others.

Any idea how it happens.

Thanks in advance.
