I dont understand why they post all nonsense on the forum asking for interview questions when its clearly mentioned its a developer community.

If a coder is confident with his skills , he needs not be worried of any interview.

Why shouldn't developers help each other outside of strict PHP coding questions? This is a forum for and by the (PHP) development community concerning itself mainly with PHP related questions. Well, this one is related to PHP skills.

As long as the members follow the rules regarding use of decent language, no advertisements, no double posting or, in general, stick to the Posting Guidelines, what's wrong with helping out our community members when we are in a position to do so?

One day, maybe, you will have a question that is not strictly development related!

I didnt notice this post before . My simple point here is , read the questions posted by them "WHAT SORT OF QUESTIONS ARE ASKED IN INTERVIEW ?" , does that makes sense at all ?

I never said that this forum isnt meant for helping someone or so , but they need to ask something which makes sense . If they ask you , HOW DO I GET A JOB IN PHP or something of this sort , may be it is still within the site postlines and contributes to the comments posted in this site but yet , may be create a different section where these discussions can be done ?

its just a suggestion from my end , i hope you will look into it.
