Is PHP.net web server down?

I can't go to www.php.net....too bad

Yep. Site's unreachable for me as well.
Some of mirrors such as
http://au.php.net/
seem to still be up.

I usually use fi.php.net. Reckon the traffic is lower. The site is
still up incidently.
