Still the quest for PHP.INI location ...

Is it possible to define the full-path-name of php.ini file using the apache
directives? Using the OS, you can define PHPRC to tell apache where to
look the php.ini. How can I do it within Apache?

Apache2 has the PHPINIDir directive.
