MyDocket software author

Does anyone know the author of MyDocket, a php/mysql application for
tracking intellectual property? I downloaded it from SourceForge. It
has excellent functionality and a nicer interface than many commercial
packages I've seen. I posted to the MyDocket list on SourceForge and
sent email but have not heard back from anyone. Any leads would be much
appreciated.

Best,
Kathie
