Installed PHP now IIS crashes on restart

Any reason why this is happening? Everytime I restart IIS from the
command line (iisreset /restart) I get a "inetinfo.exe has crashed"
error message. I'm using PHP 5.1.4 and did not receive this error until
installing PHP. Any ideas?

No, but have a look in eventviewer, that will give you details on whats
happened.
