PHP 4.3.4 and Apache 2.0.48

I am looking at updating my apachce 1.3.27 to 1.3.29 and was wondering
if this would be a good time to make a leap to 2.0.48. I mainly run
PHP under apache and remember some time ago someone telling me that
apache 2.x had some issues with php. I was wondering if someone would
give me some feedback on this?

What are the Pro's/Con's of this upgrade?

PHP 4.3 is considered to be compatable with Apache 2. I run both and have
had no problems. (I've run php successfully with apache2 since 4.2)

I asked this same question about a month ago and decided against the
upgrade. I believe the php.net website has used Apache 2 without
problems for at least a year, and users who replied to my original post
also said they never experienced problems - but it all depends on what
modules you compile in to it. One posted reply I got mentions that the
PHP documentation says Apache2 is not officially supported.
