NC Job: Looking for PHP Guru

We have a position open in Chapel Hill, NC for a PHP Guru. This is a
full time, salaried job. No telecommuters and, unfortunately, no
relocation can be paid.

Actually, they probably have already picked out the guy they want. But
since they are a public institution, they need to advertise to at least
make it look like they haven't made up their mind yet.

And they have virtually zero chances of finding someone by advertising
like this in this newsgroup, so they can hire the guy they want.
