Php Uploading Applications

:confused: we're working on an online forumn project.

We basically have 4 modules, for registration, forumn, bulletin, and upload and download. We're having a problem because we can't find the right script so that users can upload applications and download as well.

What php script should we use? how can users upload their applications? how can they upload applications that were uploaded by other users?

Check out the documentation files that are included to get an idea of how to use them in your application. I've used them before for simple applications.
