It's a common problem when trying to install apps like this on hosted (virtual
host) sites, that the app wants to run as the Apache user/group. Inlcuding wrx
permissions on various directories.
The problem the web directory are normal user home directories, so the user/group
are the same as the userid.
Which leads the directories bye given "world" read/write/exicute prev. Which
seem to me a major secruity issue.

My question is where and how can I change the userid/group that TikiWiki expect,
starting with the inital DB conncect string.
