Phpwiki login and tilde

(It does not seem easy to find real info)

I have been testing phpwiki on various setup. The main problem currently is
that I can't login as administrator

Tested with locally:
MacOSX 10.2.8
Apache 1.3.X
phpwiki 1.3.4
PHP 4.3.4

And at a hosting site (ovh.com)
