"Off the Shelf" PHP email marketing tool.

van
Has anyone used oemPro? It's made by Octeth. http://www.oemp.com/

I'd like to find a PHP email marketing tool that can manage a large opt-in
email list, and can handle server bounces by deleting bad emails.

Can anyone recommend this product or something else.

Sincere thanks.
