Forgive me all, I have a shameless plug:
gzImage v2.0 is ready
I rewrote all the global variables (except one) to a global array, rewroked
the md5 of the cache file name, exteded the internal filters to functions
rather than inline code in the output function.

I would also like to thank Chung Leong for the idea of redirecting the cache
file image, thus allowing the webserver to send it out rather than the
script. (note: both are available if the cache is not in server view)
Ok, for those of you that are wondering what it is, it is a simple script
that will alter an image on the fly for you, makes short work of image
galleries and such.
Main purpose is to allow you to have 1 source image and have the server
generate many other images from it, such as a shopping site or image
gallery.
