inc file calls class meth in 3rd file cuts short response

hello, bit of a problem which ive played around with for a bit but
dont seem to be getting going with:-<

Main page
is a wrapper to split code and design.

It loads a functional page
through ob_start to let me use the headers

The class definition
is in its own file and in the wrapper as an include.

So the functional page declares a new object and calls its display
method - this gives a long response - is about 10k - but is cut off
before it all gets to the output.

If object dec and method call are direct from the wrapper file output
is full

putting in sleep or loop code doesn't work

thanks
