LDAP for windows server?

P: n/a
Hi, I'm wondering if anyone has any clue where to get an ldap server for
windows? I'm trying to avoid installing the resource hog Active Directory on
my server with limited resources(diskspace/memory).

Perhaps that anyone ever compiled sucessfully the OpenLDAP, an opensource
distribution.

THanks

And this has what to do with PHP? Please post to the appropriate
newsgroups. I recommend:

Check out AD/AM, it runs on W2K3 and XP. You can get it from the MS Site.

You can also look for an x86 version of OpenLdap.

Well, I'd like to make use php_ldap.dll extension for directory services.

Thanks Joe, I can't seem to find a pre-compiled version of OpenLDAP for
windows. Perhaps you can point me to the right direction.

Much Appreciate.

Thanks Joe.

I download it and wrote a small apps with it. Next is that I'd love to see
some little apps e.g Contacts/AddressBook that use ADAM for learning.
Perhaps you can point me where to look.

Thanks again
